Delete your account and data

You can delete your Ledger Pro account and the data in it at any time. This page is for people who use the website or the Android app.

Delete it yourself (immediately)

1. Sign in (on the website or in the app).
2. Open Settings → Profile and scroll to Delete my account and all my books.
3. Type your password to confirm. Your account, your books, accounts, transactions, notes, gold record, invoices and uploaded files are deleted. This cannot be undone: download a backup first (Settings → Backup & restore) if you want a copy.

Ask us to do it

If you cannot sign in, write to us at fahadyousaff@gmail.com from the email address of the account, with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Records of payments you made to us for a plan (amount, date, receipt number) are kept for as long as the law asks businesses to keep accounting records. They contain no entries of your books. Backups of our database are overwritten within 14 days, so deleted data disappears from them as well.
