If you are not happy with Ledger Pro, tell us. We want to fix it.

How to complain

1. Send us an email at fahadyousaff@gmail.com, or call us on +92 321 8738730.
2. Give the username or email of your account, what went wrong and, for a payment, the date, the amount and a screenshot.
3. We will reply within 3 working days and tell you what we found.
4. We will offer a solution (a fix, a plan extension or a refund under our refund policy) within 7 days of your complaint.

If you are still not satisfied you may write to us again and ask for the matter to be looked at by the owner, or take it to the consumer court or the payment provider you used.
