Delivery and cancellation

Ledger Pro is an online service. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no courier and no shipping charge, in Pakistan or abroad.

Delivery

The free plans start the moment you create your account and verify your email.
A paid plan (Personal Pro, Business, Business Plus) is a yearly plan. We switch it on after we confirm your payment, usually within one working day. You get an email when it is on.
The service works from any phone, tablet or computer with the internet, anywhere in the world. The prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
A Custom plan is set up for you after we agree the details with you. We tell you the time it needs before you pay.

You can stop using Ledger Pro at any time. Plans do not renew by themselves: when the year ends the plan ends and we only charge you again if you choose to pay again.
If you cancel before we have switched your plan on, you get all your money back within 7 days.
If you cancel after your plan is on, see our refund policy.

When a plan ends your data stays safe. You can still see and download everything; only the extra features of the paid plan stop.
