Privacy policy

This explains what Ledger Pro (Retail Business Solutions) keeps about you and why.

What we collect

• Your name, username, email address and password (kept only as a one-way scrambled hash, we cannot read it).
• The accounts, entries, customers, invoices and other records you type into your books.
• For a paid plan: the plan, the amount, the date, the payment method and the screenshot you upload as proof.
• Basic technical data such as the time of sign-in and the device type, to keep your account safe.

Why we use it

• To run your account and show your books to you and to the people you invite.
• To confirm payments, send receipts, reminders and security emails.
• To answer your questions and complaints and to improve the service.

Who sees it

• Only you and the people you give access to. We do not sell your data and we do not show it to advertisers.
• Our administrators can see account details when needed to help you.
• We share data only when the law requires it, or with the bank or payment provider to complete a payment.

Keeping it safe

The site uses HTTPS, optional two-step sign-in and an app-lock PIN, and we keep daily backups. You can download all your data at any time.

Your choices

You can correct your details in Settings, download your data, or ask us to delete your account and records. Write to us at fahadyousaff@gmail.com and we will do it within 7 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme.
